Through the strategic relationship with Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions and a national security equipment company, Accelerate proposed a consulting model, through staff augmentation to streamline their current Agile Delivery Process, and deliver additional cost savings by single sourcing a portion of their development team.
Our solution provided an augmentation approach for a security system developed across 3 teams for a backend, User Interface and User Experience – Scrum project.
Through the discovery with our client, we determined that augmenting their current staff, could be better managed and streamlined by an Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions Scrum Master. The client was at the early adoption phase of Agile. The Scrum Master was responsible for ensuring Agile process was adhered to.
Accelerate’s solution allowed the client to shift FTEs internally, the SCRUM Master managed the AGILE process within a small Engineering development team. The Scrum Master; assisted the client in Adopting and maintaining the daily SCRUM routine. Responsibilities include managing the SCRUM, working with BA’s and development team to meet the goals of a large internal building controls system. This was a ground up design, which also included enhancements to an older existing product.
Accelerate provided a first class service by selecting and providing management of an experienced senior business analyst, developers and Scrum Master with a strong track record of conducting stakeholder facilitation to prioritize and create alignment of complete, correct, prioritized, traceable, and verifiable requirements and project solutions.
This relationship netted a progressed into new areas of opportunity with the addition of their software management. This managed program was similar to the hardware managed program that now we provide the Asset Management to all Software Inventory Tracking and Administration.
