In order to streamline the process and improve candidate communications, the Accelerate team leveraged tools such as MS Teams, Zoom and RingCentral to facilitate face-to-face interview scheduling and Sense to enhance email marketing campaigns. Accelerate also created a sourcing requisition model that improved efficiency and tracking functions.
The efficiencies provided by the Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions model have allowed the team to consistently process greater numbers of applicants being processed in within eight weeks, with a 95% on-time delivery status.
