Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions began by hiring for one of their flagship plants at the same time that we began hiring for a new satellite facility. Our Marketing team provided wage reports for all roles within the manufacturing facility. We initiated our first searches focusing on the key decision-maker roles while we had a second team of recruiters working on supplying the mid-level roles.
