Through discovery with our client, we learned the culture already built by private ownership, identified the culture they wanted to maintain, and the areas of direction needed to scale the company. We met with several departments to determine areas of strength and gaps. Succession planning was identified for near and long-term timelines. Candidate profiles were developed that would complement the team in some areas while bringing in visionary leadership in others.
The Results
Only 15 months into this partnership and we have successfully completed 6 searches that have brought in new employees to leadership roles resulting in 40% company growth. Our ongoing relationship and involvement in succession planning have helped maintain a 100% retention rate along with an ongoing recruiting plan to maintain their growth.
